How to Order

Step 1: Add Items to Your Cart

Browse Qualitek.ph, find your desired item(s), and click “Add to Cart”.

Step 2: View Your Cart

Click on the Cart icon in the upper right corner of the page to review your selected items.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Once satisfied with your cart, click “Checkout” to begin the order process.

Step 4: Enter Billing and Shipping Details

Fill in the required fields with your correct billing and shipping information to ensure smooth delivery.

Step 5: Select a Payment Option

Choose your preferred payment method from the available options listed below.

Step 6: Confirm Your Order

Click the “Confirm Order” button to finalize your purchase.


Payment Options

1. Paymongo (Online Payment Gateway)
  • On the Payment Method selection, choose Paymongo.

  • Click “Complete Order”, and you will be redirected to the Paymongo site to complete your purchase securely.

  • On the Paymongo page, select your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, eWallets, or Bank Transfer) and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Upon successful payment, Paymongo will send you a confirmation notification.

  • Qualitek Computers will also send a confirmed order notification via email.


How Do I Receive My Order?

Delivery Options

All orders are delivered to the provided shipping address during checkout.

Shipping Availability

Currently, shipping is only available for Cebu City.


How to Track My Order

  1. Log in to your Qualitek.ph account.

  2. Go to “My Account” to access your dashboard.

  3. Check the Order History section to see your order status.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, send an email to sales@qualitek.ph with the following subject and details:

SUBJECT: Refund Request
BODY: Order Number, Refund Amount, Customer Name

A Qualitek.ph Online Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours upon receipt of the email to process additional details needed for the refund.

We value your satisfaction and aim for a hassle-free refund process. To ensure transparency, below are the estimated refund lead times based on payment methods. Please note that these timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing time. Rest assured, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
