Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their orders at any time, provided the order is still in the pending status. The option to cancel will be available under the “My Orders” section of your account.

Order Cancellation Process

• If the order is still pending and not yet processed, you can cancel it by going to the “My Orders” section and selecting the “Cancel Order” option.

• Once the order has been tagged as fulfilled, cancellation can no longer be done through the website. In such cases, you may reach out to Qualitek Computers via:

Orders Out for Delivery

Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible. However, delivery rescheduling can be arranged under special circumstances. To request a reschedule, please contact Qualitek Computers directly via chat or email.

Reasons for Cancellation by Qualitek Computers

Qualitek Computers reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:

• Out of stock items

• Failed delivery attempts

• Fraudulent orders

• Items that cannot be fulfilled (e.g., preorder items no longer available or stock discrepancies)

If your order is canceled due to any of the above reasons, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
